The Role

We are looking for a passionate Financial Analyst to join our Search & AI team of world-class software experts, AI researchers and product managers, to build the next generation of Generative AI (GenAI) features for market intelligence. You will join a team of financial analysts with backgrounds such as sell side research and management consultant, and data annotation specialists to provide insights that support the company's generative AI strategies and help build the next generation of Generative AI products.

Note: We are looking for candidates with expertise producing high-quality research reports. This is not an accounting, or a routine financial reporting role.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance/MBA in Finance/CA/Cleared all three levels of CFA.
• Exceptional understanding of financial concepts and data.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
• 2+ years of experience writing financial research reports.
• An expert in sell side research or managing consultant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and can communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Project Management skills like problem solving, time management, prioritization, adaptability, research skills & quality Management.
• Proficient in workplace productivity tools such as GSuite and MS office.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend and analyze various financial documents (including earnings calls, US SEC and global filings, broker research documents, expert calls, news and regulatory content),
• Understand and summarize financial information from diverse sources to extract important details and gain key insights
• Ensure high quality and consistency in the AI model training data collection.
• Work with Product Managers and AI Researchers to define data annotation guidelines and processes for various Generative AI projects.
• Review AI prototypes to ensure optimal experiences for data annotators and end users.
• Analyze how customers use our platform to identify opportunities for product improvements and new AI model applications.
