About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role combines HR responsibilities with office management and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-functioning, organized workplace
- Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
- Take part in interviews and support hiring decisions
- Lead employee welfare initiatives, events, and engagement activities
- Handle general HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related and operational matters
- Work closely with management to support HR processes and company culture
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- High level of English (both written and spoken) – A must
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a high-tech or startup environment
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools
