What you will be responsible for:

The Office Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the front office and provides administrative support to site leadership and designated teams. This role serves as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, candidates, visitors, and vendors while helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. The Office Coordinator is highly organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the front office point of contact by greeting employees, candidates, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer phones, sort and distribute mail, prepare documents, and provide general administrative support as assigned.

  • Maintain the appearance and readiness of front office areas, including the lobby, conference rooms, breakroom, restrooms, and common areas.

  • Help ensure the office is clean, organized, welcoming, and presentable throughout the workday.

  • Coordinate conference room readiness and support basic onsite meeting logistics as needed.

  • Assist with office event coordination and other onsite logistical needs.

  • Support administrative tasks for site leadership and other designated departments.

  • Monitor office supply levels for common areas and coordinate restocking as needed.

  • Respond to routine office needs and help resolve day-to-day administrative and workplace issues.

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We Prefer You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, reception, or similar support role.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office or operations environment preferred.

Working conditions:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to move throughout the office regularly.

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
