About the role
Augment Code is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and team members to manage interview coordination, maintain schedules, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout their interview process
- Greet / walkout candidates who interview with us at our HQ
- Engage in projects and programs to help improve areas in our recruiting process
- Collaborate with recruiting / hiring partners and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, HR or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear understanding of email etiquette
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work from our HQ (Palo Alto, CA) five days a week
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime (or ModernLoop!)
- Experience with Notion
