Senior Product Manager - Hybrid Secret Server

What You Will Do:
  • Refine and articulate the product vision and strategy of selected Delinea DevOps vaulting solutions into a roadmap
  • Collaborate with clients as well as external/internal stakeholders to understand client and developer needs to define, validate, and prioritize product requirements
  • Work with the broader product management team to maintain both short-term and long-term roadmap in an agile fashion and to craft user stories within product backlog
  • Quantify success of features delivered within the roadmap using KPIs
  • Prioritize time to align with delivering the most impactful features for our customers
  • Manage open-source software and become the chief open source evangelist
  • Provide recommendations for product pricing changes to product marketing
  • Provide guidance for the Product Marketing team on product capabilities and work with Solutions Engineering to ensure that internal technical roles are trained on latest releases by Product Management
  • Maintain the balance between existing client needs vs. those of new prospects and potential customers.
What You Will Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience with DevOps and opensource tooling
  • Deep expertise in the DevSecOps discipline
  • Demonstrated understanding of developer needs within the privileged access management space
  • At least 5 years of experience using AGILE methodologies in a Product Management/Owner or Developer Role
  • Deep technical experience and working knowledge of open-source vaulting products, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform are a must
  • Pragmatic Marketing/Scrum Product Owner Certifications a plus
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation (PowerPoint!) skills; and curious attitude with a desire to collaborate with a team of first-rate engineers, designers, and other Product Managers
