Delinea is seeking a People Technology Analyst to support Workday, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Systems & Technology. This is an exciting time to join this organization with a strong technology roadmap ahead, we are committed to maximizing the Workday suite and are significantly investing in our system.

What You’ll Do:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and support for end-users across the organization.

· Lead requirements gatherings, design discussions and testing initiatives.

· Configure and maintain Workday modules, including but not limited to Absence, Benefits, Core HCM, Reporting, Security, and Time Tracking.

· Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes.

· Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into HR data and trends.

· Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency.

· Provide training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features.

· Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements.

What You’ll Need:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in programming

· Experience with Absence, Benefits, Core HCM, Reporting, Security and Time Tracking.

· 3-5 years of Workday experience

· Workday Pro Certifications

· Completed Workday courses.

· Experience with BI Tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, ect.)

· Completed Workday courses.
