Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial teams in creating and managing quotes and opportunity updates.

  • Assist in drafting commercial terms, structure and shape complex deals.

  • Manage approval workflows, be the single point of contact for Sales in completing approvals.

  • Liaise with customers as needed to secure orders and ensure compliance with both the customer’s and Delinea’s order processes.

  • Create and support sales with Ironclad workflows, align and collaborate with legal teams.

  • Provide administrative support with the processing of closed opportunities, working closely with the Order Management team to support the post PO processes.

  • Support order correction process as per Delinea policies.

  • Maintain Focus Account designations for Commercial sales teams

  • Participate in forecast calls to support the commercial team as per business requirements.

  • Assist in RFPs and RFIs when needed.

  • Assist in SFDC/pipeline clean-up, SFDC hygiene, and pipeline/forecast reviews as needed.

  • Support in managing the Deal Desk queue for commercial segment.

  • Partner with other team members on quote-to-cash process improvements

  • Develop and deliver enablement for the commercial sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of a typical sales cycle within a SAAS organization.

  • Experience in creating and working with a large volume of quotes.

  • Experience in working in a sales operations support role within a SAAS company.

  • Good understanding of the products and licensing, SKUs and sales operations processes, teams, business partners

  • Prior Quoting Desk, Sales Operations, Order Management or Contracts Management experience. Strong business acumen required.

  • Must be a self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to build cross-functional relationships with other functions.

  • Detail oriented, energetic professional who is a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ and standard technologies (Microsoft suite) utilized by an enterprise software provider.

  • Experience in the enterprise software space.

  • Accurate and efficient approach to deal reviews, stakeholder discussions, and completing tasks quickly; extremely strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems, as well as proactively identifying and advancing solutions to operational challenges.

  • Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships

Brief Description of Role:

As a sales operations analyst you are going to support our commercial teams within the sales cycle and you would be instrumental for creating and managing quotes through the sales stages and improving the Q2C process, as well as with assisting with various aspects of completing the deals successfully, collaborating with legal, finance and order management alongside with so a lot of other internal business partners in order to be closing faster and more effectively.

As part of the sales Operations Team, you would also be contributing to different Q2C projects and working with multiple stakeholders internally.
