Job Description
Digital Marketing Operations Specialist
7-month replacement / Mid-August 2025-Mid-March 2026
The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the execution, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role focuses on ensuring that marketing automation systems and tools are effectively utilized to support the broader marketing strategy. The specialist works closely with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are launched and tracked accurately, while continuously optimizing for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution and Management:
- Set up, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media) in marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials across various channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Marketing Automation:
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows, ensuring accuracy in segmentation, lead scoring, and customer journey flows.
- Work with CRM systems to maintain up-to-date contact data and ensure integration between platforms.
- Support the creation and automation of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with audience segments and business goals.
Social Media Monitoring & Execution:
- Build the social media calendar and posts
- Monitor social media accounts, track engagement metrics, and escalate key insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to and engage with online communities in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign schedules, and results.
Collaboration:
- Work with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and customer experience.
Platform Management:
- Oversee the use of marketing automation tools (Hubspot) and maintain best practices for automation processes.
- Ensure that digital marketing platforms are up-to-date, functioning properly, and integrated with other systems (CRM).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar tools.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Japanese is an asset.
- Hybrid working model, 3 days in the office Tuesday to Thursday.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
