Job Description

Be responsible for the overall project management of new equipment development from the engineering stage to the manufacturing stage.
2. Maintain customer relationships and project coordination, including equipment, production and supply chain management.
3. Understand the application and development requirements of customers, be responsible for regular communication and reporting of project progress with customers, and promptly collect and feedback customer demands.And deliver the project according to the customer's schedule.
4. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that all project deliveries can meet customer demands in a timely and effective manner.
5. Reasonably plan and arrange the entire project time cycle, as well as effectively control the costs of human resources and materials.
6. Cooperate with the engineering department to follow up on the inspection of mechanical parts and components and conduct result evaluations.
7. Communicate and report the project status to clients and the internal team.
8. Understand the key technical details of the equipment and applications to facilitate effective communication with customers and the engineering team.
9. Lead the technical and systematic solutions to any problems during the project stage.
10. Complete other assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

1. Education
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in machinery or related fields

2. Experience
More than 3-5 years of working experience in the 3C industry
3. Knowledge & Skills Knowledge/Skills
Have a strong knowledge of project management. PMP certificates are preferred.
Excellent oral and written English skills. Being able to speak other languages will be a plus.
Have good logical thinking ability, data analysis ability, report writing ability and independent problem-solving ability;
Good communication and adaptability skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to complex working environments.
Strong leadership and project result-oriented ability, as well as excellent teamwork ability.
Have a high sense of responsibility and self-management ability, and be able to adapt to long-term business trips.
Proficient in project planning and scheduling, and familiar with various office software.
