Job Description
Mainly responsible for the technical issues related to the project from design to production application, as well as on-site technical support. Report to the engineering manager
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the R&D team, develop and support new product projects through the Design-to-cost principle, design new products with manufacturability, improve products, and complete the transition from development to full-scale production, as well as develop and support synchronous new product projects.
- Ensure that the new project processes and products can meet the performance and reliability requirements.
- Continuously improve the existing production line and control costs.
- Define the requirements for tools and equipment, and confirm the production of tools and equipment.
- Develop new product and new process documents (flowcharts, FMEA, operation instructions, routes, specifications, assembly information).
- Conduct error-proofing analysis to determine the root causes of process changes and product failures.
- Determine the causes of on-site issues and customer complaints. Implement effective corrective measures in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of internal production and suppliers.
- Work closely with internal and external technical support. Carry out internal and external (supplier) process, product and system audits.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate
- College degree or above, majoring in mechanical design and industrial automation
- More than 5 years of experience, including over 3 years of process development experience. Candidates with experience in the 3C industry are preferred
- Be familiar with the development of new equipment
- Proficient in mechanical principles, mechanical processing technology, sheet metal processing technology, heat treatment and surface treatment technology, with a profound understanding and knowledge of non-standard automated equipment
- Conduct statistical data analysis on process analysis and improvement
- Familiar with ISO9001 and lean production
- Pursue excellence, and have good communication skills.
- Good reading and writing skills in English.
