Job Description

The Field Service Manager challenges in a few words

  • Manage all assigned teams to complete project as given contract (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modification, re-location …)
  • Follow up with team and report to FS Director on projects’ status ( progress, issues, escalation,….)
  • Assign team to support manufacturing at Averna VN as requested.
  • Coach / mentor leader / supervisor/ team members
  • Overall manage tools/Jigs/PPEs/parts for a whole team.
  • Interact with PM/CM for well driving project

Duties and responsibilities

  • Do handling all enquiries from customers / higher management team.
  • Do reviewing on assignment, arrangement tasks for team
  • Do management on projects (plan /do / check / act …)
  • Make master project schedule / working plan
  • Do checking/ monitoring and supervising the working progress and status
  • Do manpower resources management (Hiring, training, coaching, reviewing, promoting,…)
  • Do checking and making approval on monthly timecard, expense report for team members
  • Do reviewing and making approval on SOPs, work instruction and training program
  • Do reviewing and making appraisal on team member’s skill and performance annually
  • Do management and planning for tool/Jigs/PPEs/parts of whole group

Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words

  • Education: University Certification or above
  • Experience: Working in semi-conductor or high-tech industrial over 3 years. At least 2-3 years at management position
  • Knowledge of Technical in Electrical / Automation / Mechatronic and Management (high level)
  • English: Proficiency at verbal communication and writing in English
  • Being able to coaching / training
  • Being able to work calmly under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good at project management
  • Having leadership skills
