Job Description

The Receptionist / Administrative challenge in a few words:

The receptionist is responsible for responding to customers in person, on the phone, and providing general information. In addition, she is expected to perform various administrative and support functions.

Your contribution in this role:

  • Arrange customer visits onsite and manage communication within the local office
  • Manage transportation for employees and visitors
  • Manage travel needs as car rental, accommodations, flights, and invoices in coordination with Agency
  • Participates in the documentation for international mobility
  • Organize and collaborates with the social club for office activities
  • Manage the office supplies including kitchen needs
  • Perform a wide range of administrative function, bringing dynamism to the job.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in administration or similar.
  • Experienced: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency:
    • Strong Communication and customer service skills
    • MS Office tools
    • Manage confidential information
  • Softskills:
    • Strong attention to detail,
    • Proactive,
    • Autonomous,
    • Strong ownership of responsibilities
  • Multilingual: High fluent in English written & spoken. French is a plus
