As a Tableau Analyst, you will be responsible for owning our data architecture, ensuring data quality and integrity, and utilizing this data to provide valuable insights that will improve our GTM motion.
Responsibilities
- Data Architecture Ownership: Proactively manage and enhance our data architecture, ensuring integration, data quality, and consistency across different systems.
- Data Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain data pipelines from Salesforce, NetSuite, Hubspot and other GTM platforms to be visualized in Tableau
- Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales effectiveness, provide real-time insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Create comprehensive and visually appealing dashboards to effectively communicate analysis findings in Tableau.
- Reporting: Establish Week-over-week, QoQ and YoY trend reporting to highlight progress against key GTM Goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and experience in managing complex data structures and pipelines.
- Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, Hubspot) and data integration methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
