*** This is a temporary project role with a limited employment contract for three (3) months. This position requires availability for working in shifts (8-hour shifts, including nights) from Thursday to Monday. Tuesday – Wednesday will be days off ***

As an NOC Engineer, Your impact will be:

Network Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor Claroty's platform using various tools and systems to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure network devices and systems are running optimally
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on network equipment

Incident Management:

• Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established playbooks
• Diagnosed and troubleshot problems, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary
• Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in a ticketing system

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
• Generate regular reports on performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
• Provide detailed documentation for troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with Technical Support engineers, DevOps engineers, and RnD to resolve issues and improve the platform
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding status, incidents, and resolutions
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on network operations and improvements

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities
• Contribute to the development and improvement of NOC processes and procedures

• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or similar
• 1-3 years of experience as an NOC engineer
• Experience with network monitoring tools and systems (e.g. Coralogix)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
