Role Overview:

As the Director of Program Management at Claroty’s Products Organization, you will play a critical role in establishing scalable and efficient processes across both on-premises and cloud initiatives. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth operations, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement through a metrics-driven approach. You will serve as a coach and mentor to our teams, supporting our ongoing DevOps and Agile transformation efforts.

In this role, you will work closely with peers in engineering leadership, product management and our data teams, to plan and track deliverables, define KPIs and measure performance, and you will lead the enhancement of project management methodologies and implement them.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of planning and tracking methodologies across Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Data
  • Implement required changes in tools to support the chosen methodologies
  • Ensure clarity and visibility on the status of key product and engineering deliverables, proactively identifying risks and issues
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to mitigate risks and ensure objectives are met
  • Develop and implement engineering metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights into challenges and opportunities and making these insights available to teams and stakeholders
  • Continuously measure KPIs and Improve an end-to-end support process that aligns customer care, support, and engineering teams to effectively resolve customer challenges
  • Lead and support Agile transformation efforts to ensure optimal productivity and outcomes
  • Build strong relationships and operational rhythms with Product team members, driving cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an engineering program management leader, including working with Agile teams
  • Proven experience in building and scaling efficient operations with a metrics- and data-driven approach.
  • Significant experience with on-premise enterprise products
  • Hands-on experience with Jira
  • Strong planning, organizing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Hebrew and English.
