Responsibilities
As the Sales Director – ANZ, your impact will be:
Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Own and drive commercial activity across the ANZ region.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently exceed ARR targets.
- Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and OT/Engineering leaders.
- Drive land-and-expand motions across critical infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Pipeline Generation & Growth
- Generate qualified pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Develop multi-year account strategies and expand existing business.
- Present compelling business value aligned to compliance, resilience, and risk reduction.
Partner & Channel Engagement
- Co-sell with regional partners, SIs, MSSPs, and engineering firms.
- Support partner enablement and joint account planning.
Market Representation & Collaboration
- Represent Claroty at key industry and cybersecurity events.
- Collaborate closely with SE, CS, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Provide market insights to support regional and global strategy.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- 10–15 years in enterprise cybersecurity or technology sales, closing large complex deals.
- Experience with cybersecurity, OT/ICS, network security, Zero Trust, IoT/IIoT, or industrial technology.
- Proven quota overachievement ($3–5M+ ARR).
- Experience selling into critical infrastructure: energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing, transportation, F&B, etc.
- Strong understanding of the Australian cybersecurity ecosystem, partners, MSSPs, and government procurement.
- Established relationships with enterprise customers and channels across ANZ.
Sales & Technical Skills
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to communicate complex technical value to both executives and OT/IT teams.
- Comfortable discussing OT networks, ICS/SCADA, asset visibility, and threat detection.

- Knowledge of Challenger or Force Management selling methodologies.
- Clari experience would be helpful.
