Description

We’re growing and looking to hire an Order Management Analyst who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.

About The Role

As an Order Management Analyst at Claroty, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of our global bookings process. Acting as the operational backbone between Sales, Finance, and Legal, you will ensure that every deal is structured, validated, and booked correctly in alignment with internal policies and revenue recognition standards.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will operate as the final checkpoint before revenue is recognized—maintaining deal hygiene, optimizing Salesforce workflows, and supporting audit-ready processes in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

As a Order Management Analyst, Your impact will be:

  • Post-Signature Execution: Execute the global order management process by validating and booking signed customer contracts into Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Compliance & Validation: Review and validate opportunities, quotes, and purchase orders for completeness and alignment with internal policies and revenue recognition guidelines (ASC 606)
  • Cross-Functional Governance: Act as the final gatekeeper between Sales, Finance, and Legal to identify contract discrepancies and documentation gaps for resolution.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain "deal hygiene" in SFDC to ensure downstream processes have access to complete and accurate data.
  • Financial Close & Audit: Lead quarter-end close activities by ensuring all bookings are finalized, documented, and maintained in an audit-ready state.
  • Systems Optimization: Partner with SFDC admins to define, test, and optimize workflows and approval logic within Salesforce.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on operational KPIs, specifically focusing on booking accuracy and order processing cycle time.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Experience: 2+ years in order management, sales operations, or deal desk, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of SFDC (CRM), CPQ, Orders, and Custom Approval Flows.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash workflow, SaaS contract structures (ARR, billing triggers), and revenue recognition standards.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think through complex processes under pressure.
  • Global Exposure: Experience supporting high-volume deal environments and complex global deal structures.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Advantages

  • Experience in a hyper-growth tech environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Hands-on involvement in system implementations or order automation projects.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit practices.
