CropX Technologies, an exciting and promising global start-up (110 employees globally) headquartered in Poleg (Netanya) is looking for an excellent HR Specialist (reporting to the VP HR) to join our awesome team and play a key role in driving a positive employee experience, supporting global recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:
Global Recruiting
- Help shape the growth of our organization by managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and utilize multiple sourcing channels
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure a positive and unique candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Experience & Welfare
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee journey
- Be an approachable resource for employees, promoting a positive workplace culture
Office Administration
- Make sure the office runs smoothly, creating an inviting and effective working environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for all office-related operations, including travel.
- Manage office supplies, groceries, and equipment for new employees.
- Be the point of contact for the external IT company.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar
· 5+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or related roles (at least two prior similar roles).
· Excellent English.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
· Proven experience in global recruitment
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks effectively.
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Independent, Fast & self-learner, team player, multi-tasking, well organized
· Excellent communication and customer facing capabilities.
· Creative thinking and excellence problem solving skills.
