CropX Technologies, a promising global start-up company (110 employees) located in Poleg (Netanya), is looking for a motivated QA & QC Engineer, to lead the quality assurance & control of the manufacture and production of our innovative product. Responsibilities

QA

• Establish and lead all quality metrics for the organization
• Define, develop, and implement quality assurance practices, test plans and procedures
• Drive internal and external training activities
• Driving root cause analysis and corrective & preventative activities between manufacturing, engineering and supply chain for all products and its processes.

QC

• Monitor and perform the QC of the entire production cycle
• Report on malfunctions and communicate them to subcontractors and manufacturers
• Investigate and develop solutions for production problems, troubleshooting etc.
• Continuously improving product quality
• Report on manufacturing activities and assemblies

* The QA & QC Engineer will also be required to perform manufacturing tasks based on need

• Relevant experience in mechanical or electrical disciplines (at least 5 years)
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance and Control is a plus
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle process
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation
• Great attention to details, organized, systematic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-On, Can-Do attitude, Self-motivated, Independent
• Able to manage multiple tasks, team player, and excellent in human interfaces
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced with working with Priority ERP - an advantage
