As the Director of Business Operations, you will lead our Business Operations team, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency throughout the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional alignment, managing key systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and integrating numerous other platforms. With a strong emphasis on lead generation (bringing in thousands of leads monthly) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, fostering collaboration, and driving growth across sales, marketing, and operational teams.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee Marketing, and Sales and Customer Success Operations, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Support Manage Customer Success, Finance, and Product operational needs
  • Optimize and maintain key systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Chili Piper)
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and mentor the Operation team

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, including 2+ years in management and 3+ years in strategic roles
  • Expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, and system integrations
  • Proven experience in optimizing lead generation and managing high-volume lead flow
  • Experience in business operations within startups, focusing on scalability and efficiency
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance and customer success teams to drive comprehensive operational insights
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, process optimization, and implementing AI tools for business improvements
