We opened our Budapest office to establish key Engineering and Business teams in the region. We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join us as a People Operations Intern to help us grow our office and run people processes. We’d love to work with you for at least six months with a flexible working schedule (at least 20-25 hours/week). The Job:

  • Onboarding of New Hires
    • Prepare employment contracts, manage the signing process
    • Organize, scan, and upload documentation, maintain hardcopy files
    • Act as the first point of contact for new hires during onboarding
    • Welcome new employees: facilitate arrival day tasks, introductions, and workspace setup
    • Conduct internal onboarding sessions
    • Support new hires during their initial days and monitor probation periods
  • Offboarding
    • Handle termination process
    • Manage exit documentation
  • Manage the Health Insurance communication and process
  • Support Employee Contract Changes
  • Assist the recruiter in various hiring tasks, including sourcing, GH administrations, etc.
  • Support the HR Generalist in day-to-day operations
  • Perform ad hoc tasks such as maintaining datasheets and assisting with documentation and physical file management

You:

  • Are currently studying and have an active student status in a Hungarian university for at least 6 months (‘Nappali jogviszony’)
  • Study HR, Psychology, Economics or similar
  • Have some practical work experience in an administrative role
  • Can multitask and work independently
  • Native Hungarian speaker and have strong command in English
  • Are eager to learn and have excellent problem solving skills
