This is more than a support role; you will be an embedded partner and a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for the technical success and health of the relationship with a flagship client, ensuring our solutions perform flawlessly within their large-scale production environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Become the Trusted Advisor: Own the technical relationship with a key strategic account, serving as their primary contact for all technical inquiries, escalations, and consultations.
- Solve Mission-Critical Problems: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and security issues, taking full ownership from initial report to final resolution.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical bridge to our internal teams. Translate client needs and feedback into actionable insights for our Product, Engineering, and QA departments, directly shaping the future of our technology.
- Drive Proactive Solutions: Move beyond reactive support by proactively monitoring the customer’s environment to identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact operations.
- Champion Technical Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of technical issues, solutions, and client interactions to build a robust knowledge base and drive continuous service improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Systems Engineering, Technical Account Management, Escalation Support, or Network Engineering.
- Deep Networking Expertise: Strong command of core networking principles and technologies, including , routing protocols (e.g., , ), switching, , and network security concepts (firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Proven Problem-Solver: A demonstrated track record of logically analyzing and resolving complex technical problems in large-scale IT environments.
- Hands-On Technical Skills: Experience with network analysis and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump) and familiarity with monitoring platforms.
- Exceptional Communicator: The ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
