The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented backend software engineer with a passion for developing scalable, production-grade systems that bring the power of AI to marketers. As part of Anyword’s R&D team, you will work closely with other engineers, scientists, and product teams on making Anyword’s marketing language platform the best of its kind.

Responsibilities

● Implement new features end-to-end, writing production-grade Python and Ruby code and employing advanced prompt engineering techniques.

● Extend, scale and maintain our NLP software, integrating with the latest technologies in the field (LLMs, RAG, etc.)

● Take ownership over features.

● Build APIs and background services.

Qualifications

● 3+ years of industry experience in a production web environment, including monitoring and performance tuning.

● 2+ years of experience with Python/Node/Go/Ruby for a Linux environment.

● Fluent English - Must

● Experience with NLP/LLM software and/or prompt engineering.

● Experience with complex cloud architectures with async communication.

● Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.

● A real passion for solving problems and delivering value.

● The ability to write clean code, as well as continuously refactor and improve existing code.

● The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.

● Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

● Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.

● Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, with a record of timely delivery.
