The Job
As Account-Based Marketing Manager at Own, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of our ABM campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from target accounts in close partnership with our sales team. Join us on this exciting journey of growth and success.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Lead the strategy, creation, and implementation of 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns to support sales goals.
- Design and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns by crafting strategic plans, aligning internal teams, and managing project execution.
- Apply an experimentation mindset to drive, test, learn, and continuously optimize ABM campaigns.
- Use data analysis to iterate and refine campaigns for improved performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with ABM leadership to identify key accounts and develop targeted strategies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform ABM strategies and drive effective targeting.
- Ensure transparency and continuous improvement by providing stakeholders with ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and progress updates.
- Partner with regional Campaign Managers, Field Marketers, Account Executives, and Business Development Representatives to build integrated campaign motions that drive results.
- Work closely with operations teams to support the effective use and integration of high-performance ABM marketing tools.
- Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency and provide reference materials for marketing and sales teams.
Your Work Experience

- 3-5 years of experience strategizing, developing, and executing ABM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and optimization techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ABM tools and marketing technology, Namely, Salesforce, Pardot, and 6sense.
- Comfortable using Asana or similar tools for project management.
- Proven ability to think communicate well and think strategically, with exceptional attention to detail.
Important Details
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
