Roles & Responsibilities :

Intern Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze user needs.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer research, and product data to drive the overall success of the product.

• Help to define a product vision and strategy.

• Partner with designers to create an intuitive and beautiful user experience.

• Work with engineers to build proof of concept & design.

• Help evangelize product vision through presentations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

First and foremost:
● Demonstrable experience in building enterprise SaaS products
● Passion for building products with enterprise scale
● Strong Product Management skills
● Ability to work in a team of other PMs who have dependencies on you and vice versa. Others would leverage much of what you work on with corresponding needs for their functionality.

Everything else that matters:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles
● Work Experience : 0-24 Months
● Plus your IIM PGP
● 2027 Graduate
● Agile methodology, and API experience
● Great sense of humor, and grace under pressure

Modern Tooling Acumen:

Direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools. Must be able to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes.

Graduates need direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools. This is a newer requirement; candidates who have actively experimented with and used tools like Gemini, Cursor, or other agent-based frameworks will be stronger candidates.
