- Maintain an integrated program portfolio and calendar across pan-One ES and South Asia ES. Manage dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
- Run priority management for the SVP's agenda. Flag trade-offs early and re-sequence as business needs shift.
- Manage the schedule of key ES forums with the Chief of Staff and EA, including operating rhythms, steering committees, offsites, town halls, and executive events.
- Lead governance: steering committees, status reviews, and exec-ready readouts with KPIs, ROI, and decisions needed.

2. Support to the Office of the President & CEO, South Asia
- Act as the Employee Success point of contact for the CEO's direct office and leadership team.
- Advise on organization design, leadership talent, succession, and people priorities for the CEO's direct reports.
- Coordinate people-related inputs to the CEO's operating rhythm, leadership forums, and enterprise events.
- Prepare briefings, talking points, and people-data readouts for CEO and leadership engagements.
- Handle highly confidential matters with discretion. Coordinate with the CEO's office, the Chief of Staff, and the EA.
3. Additional Functional Areas
- Provide ES partnership and program support to [Function A] and [Function B] (to be confirmed).
- Translate each function's people priorities into plans, and align them with the broader ES roadmap.
4. Leadership Office Partnership
- Work with the Chief of Staff on strategic planning, annual and quarterly operating plans, leadership communications, and cross-regional alignment.
- Work with the EA on calendar strategy, meeting preparation, and priority flow.
5. HR Business Partnership
- Advise leadership on org design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
- Drive talent strategy across performance, calibration, promotions, succession, and executive development.
- Coach managers on complex employee relations issues. Escalate high-risk matters to Legal or Employee Relations.
- Turn workforce analytics (attrition, engagement, headcount, diversity) into actionable recommendations.
- Lead change management and communications for restructures, M&A integrations, and operational transitions.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years as an HRBP, in people operations, or leading enterprise-wide HR programs.
- Proven record of running complex, multi-region, cross-functional workstreams.

- Executive advisory and stakeholder management skills with C-suite and senior leaders, including CEO-level exposure.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn workforce data into clear recommendations.
