The Experience

We are looking for enthusiastic developers to join our Digital Enterprise Technology team and own application development for a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role works directly with Application Architects, Lead Engineers, Product Owners and Business Partners globally.

This position is aligned with the company's strategic initiatives and programs. As part of a team of Hybrid engineers, you will help ensure every line of code we push to production is of the highest quality, building scalable Salesforce solutions and using AI tools and agents to speed up delivery and automate business workflows.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration for Salesforce implementations, translating functional requirements into technical requirements and assessing impact on the org and connected systems
• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce capabilities (objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Visualforce pages, reports and dashboards) using Apex and Lightning
• Define coding standards, lead code reviews, and run CI/CD pipelines and release practices that keep code quality high
• Build AI agents that solve real business problems, turning data and requirements into well-measured solutions

You're Our Person If...

• 4-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with hands-on LWC, Aura, Apex and Flows, and the ability to debug performance issues at the client and Apex layers
• Deep understanding of systems architecture, key design patterns, large data volume limitations, and data sharing and visibility, with the ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions compatible with desktop and mobile
• Knowledge of integration patterns, asynchronous capabilities, authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth), platform security (TLS, SSL), and data processing engineering
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies and CI/CD processes and ent

Even Better If...

• Deep understanding of AI tooling and Artificial Intelligence concepts, and of Salesforce Agentforce
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite and the ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions
• Experience building and deploying Agentforce agents or other AI-enabled workflows in production
