Logistics provides many of the toughest problems to solve in industry. The problem space spans many challenges on which the customer experience is dependent, including forecasting demand, network route pathfinding, data analysis, and building, scaling, and improving tools. The Role:
Pandion is looking for a goal-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO, President, and key leadership team members in a growing startup. You will work directly with our CEO, President, Head of Finance, and Head of People, drawing on your communication skills, calendar management and ability to prioritize incoming items for the leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is results-driven, can effectively communicate with C-suite stakeholders, be creative, and enjoy working in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the needs of our CEO, leadership team, and other key stakeholders

Manage calendars, prioritizing urgent items, and allowing space for strategic thinking

Work closely and effectively with the team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate

Communicate with the team on the leadership team's behalf

Own logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally from start to finish

Coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the Pandion Leadership Team

Coordinate with Chief of Staff to manage CEO time and limit CEO decision making burden

Help build and set standards for the company culture

Ability to prioritize CEO’s and leadership team's needs
Ability to work across diverse teams throughout the US

Additional Qualifications:
Previous experience of at least 7 years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership
A fit with company core values and a desire to make an impact
Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
Tech industry experience is a strong preference

Employees are eligible for equity options to purchase stock in the company. Estimated Salary of $ 95,000-$115,000 per year + Equity + Benefits.
