We are an agile team with continuous integration, and you will be responsible for designing and building many of the new components. Logistics provides many of the toughest problems to solve in industry. The problem space spans many challenges on which the customer experience is dependent, including forecasting demand, network route pathfinding, data analysis, and building, scaling, and improving tools. Pandion is looking for a Product Manager to help define, build, and expand Pandion's roadmap for the Customer and Shipper Experiences. You will help us serve customers with the best delivery experience and shippers with the best tools to manage and expand their business. You will help us enter new markets, launch new products, and solve the most complex problems in e-commerce.

You will be driving consensus while forging a path forward to deliver a roadmap that everyone can rally around in our fast-paced organization while working with a team of other hardworking and motivated professionals. You will partner closely with Product & Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to prioritize and execute against the roadmap. Candidates should possess a natural curiosity about how the industry and business operates and want to become the "glue" and pivotal connection between various stakeholder teams.

Requirements:

The nitty-gritty stuff that you probably have on your LinkedIn but don’t define who you are:

• You have demonstrable experience (3-5 years) of shipping B2B software products in a startup environment.

• You can navigate a dataset, write enough SQL to answer rudimentary questions, understand the fundamentals of ETL, and experience building ML products and working directly with ML Engineers.

• You think about the big picture and dig into the details. You think about the overall product, the brand, and most importantly, the user from ideation to ship. You effortlessly navigate between thinking about the why, the what, to the details behind how we build.

• You move with speed. You move incredibly fast, making decisions and overcoming obstacles with speed. You are not afraid of jumping into Figma or writing SQL queries to increase velocity on the team.

• You are low ego. Collaboration is your best method. You don’t care or remember who came up with the best idea. Engineers, designers, and execs all love working with you because you make them all feel heard and you’re able to find a middle ground in dissenting opinions.

• Learning makes you happy. You approach life with a beginner’s mind and with deep curiosity. You are constantly interested in improving your skills as a product builder and technologist, learning from your team, users, and community. Inside and outside of work, you ask for feedback continuously, listen intently, launch quickly, test hypotheses and are constantly iterating.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supply chain, retail, ecommerce, or logistics experience
• Experience working at a Series A through Series C startup
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace
