The Position

Plotlogic is looking for a talented, self-motivated and enthusiastic senior software engineer to assist with development of our web-based camera control software, quality assurance tooling, and generation and visualisation of 3D results in our cloud platform. You will be largely based in our Brisbane head office at Red Hill on a full-time basis. This is your chance to join this rapidly growing business in the role of Full Stack React Web Developer.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain React.js web applications used to operate cameras, quality check scans and visualise 3D results.
• Build applications that allow users to interact with data cubes to visualise results.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality cohesive products.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Write and update documentation, code and development processes.

About you:

• BS in Software Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Experience with React.js, Rest APIs, Docker, Python, SQL, Fedora, AWS Lambdas, S3, ECS.
• Experience with design, testing and documentation.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Full working rights within Australia.
