What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take end-to -end ownership across core product areas —modules, AI-powered workflows, micro -enablement recommendations,
in-product agents platform, and conversational chat experiences.
You’ll focus on what truly matters to users —shaping product direction by championing high-impact ideas and cutting through the noise.

Must-have Experience

We’re looking for a designer with of experience whoÕ 5–7 years
' Has built and shipped complex , high-impact product features —not just ideas or concepts
' Designs across surfaces : web apps, dashboards, chat interfaces, AI-powered applications
' Knows when to move fast and when to sweat the details
' Communicates ideas clearly through prototypes, writing or visuals
' Has strong product intuition — Thinks across the full user journe y—from system-le vel flows to polished micro -interactions
' Has strong design instincts — You raise the bar for q uality and inspire those around you to aim higher
' Takes initiative and drives work for ward independently—you don 't wait for permission to solve problems.
