The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Data Science / Data Analytics Manager to lead the next wave of analytics
and AI-driven innovation at RevSure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and scale
data products that directly influence revenue outcomes for modern B2B GTM teams.
You’ll combine strong technical depth with people leadership, working closely with product and
engineering in a remote-first agile environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead & Scale a High-Impact Team
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and analysts.
Drive a culture of ownership, curiosity, and execution excellence.
Set the bar for best practices across analytics, ML development, and customer-facing
insights.
Own End-to-End Data Science Delivery
Lead the full lifecycle of data science projects — from problem framing and modeling to
deployment and continuous improvement.
Build and operationalize ML/AI solutions that power GTM decision-making.
Ensure models and insights are scalable, reliable, and business-aligned.
Power B2B GTM Intelligence
Partner closely with marketing, revenue, and product stakeholders to identify where data can unlock growth.
Build predictive and prescriptive analytics for use cases like:
Pipeline forecasting
Campaign performance optimization
Customer segmentation
Revenue attribution
Deal and churn signals
(B2B GTM experience is a strong plus.)
Be the Problem Solver When Things Break
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot anomalies in customer reports and analytics outputs.
Guide cross-functional teams toward root-cause resolution and the right long-term fixes.
Champion data quality, trust, and transparency across the platform.
Think From First Principles
Break down complex, messy problems into structured, solvable components.
Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve with customer needs
and business momentum.
What We’re Looking For
7–10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a quantitative
field.
2+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
Strong hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data science projects.
Solid foundation in ML/AI algorithms, statistical modeling, and applied analytics.
Experience collaborating with remote agile product and engineering teams.
Ability to operate with high ownership in an execution-driven environment.
