About the Founder
Deepinder Singh Dhingra is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building category-defining and unicorn B2B SaaS and software companies across Big Data Analytics, EnterpriseAI SaaS, Visual Analytics, Revenue Growth AI, and Advanced Business Planning.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
Work with customer technical team to ensure smooth technical deployment of RevSure’s Full Funnel Attribution solution
Configure data integrations, Single Sign On solution, for customers and manage configuration of the RevSure deployment
Ability to troubleshoot data integration and data ingestion issues
Conduct source destination data sanity and quality checks as required
Answer security related questions of customers
Develop and follow best practices in solution deployment and implementation
Collaborate with Customer success, product and engineering teams across USA and India
Requirements
Must-Have:
5-7 years experience in a Implementation Engineer role with Data heavy GTM Tech SaaS companies (Marketing tech, Sales tech)
2+ years of experience in marketing automation and marketing operations for B2B companies
High level understanding of Javascript and Web pixels
Understanding of Data integration APIs and Objects from Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Google Adwords, Linkedin, Meta, etc.
Understanding of Single-Sign On (IdP/SP initiated) authentication mechanism and experience in troubleshooting access issues
Collaborate actively with the Customer Success (US), Product and Engineering teams in India
Provide the first level of technical support for customer data and technical issues
Prior experience working in cross-border US-India SaaS and Tech companies preferred
Data Analytics experience
Creating reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker
Intermediate level SQL experience
Good-to have:
Prior experience in software engineering and development of data integrations, data modeling preferred
Experience with B2B Marketing analytics
Good customer facing and communication skills
Reporting
This position will report to the VP Product and Customer Success in the US
Work Setup
Full-time; Remote/Hybrid
Comfortable working with cross-borders teams across USA and India over zoom/slack
Pay range: $100K to $125K
