The role:
We are currently in search of a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our analysts in managing their projects. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with analysts and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting business requirements and compliance standards.

What you’ll do:
The Supplier Ecosystem Analyst will help SoFi better manage vendors and the communication with internal teams by:
- Project Management Support:
- Assist analysts in the development and execution of project plans, providing guidance and support.
- Document project requirements, capabilities, and overall performance metrics.
- Cost and Service Improvement:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cost and service improvements within ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with analysts to implement changes that enhance program efficiency.
- Collaboration and Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with procurement, legal, third-party risk, and information security teams to align projects with business requirements.
- Budget Contribution:
- Manage project spend and contribute to budget forecasting efforts.
- Intake and verify project-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Risk Management:
- Coordinate with the Risk team to support enterprise-wide initiatives related to project risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the project risk community.
- Dispute Resolution and Performance Monitoring:
- Research and resolve disputes within projects, participating in developing corrective action plans.
- Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and onsite reviews for projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to identify performance gaps and drive solutions.
- Establish process improvements for projects and enhance interactions with the organization.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide reporting to various levels of executive and management forums.
- Document project-related information for future reference and analysis.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience in project management, negotiations, or account management.
- Experience managing or leading projects/workstreams.
- Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and business solutions software.
- Familiarity with navigating and interpreting complex procedures, policies, and agreements.
- Strong team-building, relationship management, and project management skills.
- Robust business analysis and problem-solving abilities, including data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to multitask, work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient with SQL, with experience creating Tableau or PowerBI dashboards and reporting being a plus.
- Proficient with Airtable, JIRA, Confluence, LucidCharts, Gantt Charts, etc.
- Solid understanding of finance industry regulatory requirements for managing projects (FFIEC, Fed, CFPB, etc.) is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master Certification, or similar is a plus.
