The role:

We are seeking a talented Integration Lead specializing in Enterprise Applications and Data Integrations to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing integration strategies for enterprise-level applications and data sources. As an Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across various systems within the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and formulate comprehensive integration strategies.

  • Develop integration roadmaps and plans, considering scalability, security, and performance.

  • Lead the hands-on implementation of integration solutions ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to align integration efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Develop and execute integration strategies for connecting enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and interoperability.

  • Lead initiatives for integrating and managing data from diverse sources, maintaining data integrity and quality.

  • Implement data governance practices and contribute to the establishment of a centralized data integration framework.

  • Define and implement best practices for data mapping, transformation, and extraction.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions to ensure timely and reliable data flow.

  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and challenges in the integration process

What you’ll need:

  • 8 years of experience in integration space with 3 years of experience as a lead role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Integration Lead with a focus on the Boomi/Mulesoft platform with focus on enterprise applications and data integrations

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in the Boomi/Mulesoft platform

  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of data modeling, and data governance.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level application ecosystems

  • In-depth knowledge of standards/technologies that enable messaging, including XML, WSDL, SOAP, JMS, REST, Swagger, JSON, HTTP and SSL

  • Hands-on experience in designing RAML, REST API design, flow control, error handling.

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD concepts

  • Experience working in Agile methodology & scrum ceremonies.

Nice to have:

  • Boomi/Mulesoft certification is a plus.

  • Experience with other integration platforms and technologies.

  • Experience in integrating with Workday

  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and architectures.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
