The role:
We are seeking a Platform Transformation Analyst to lead and support our platform vision of providing the best user experience for our customers. This role involves system configuration, feature enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness, developing design process maps, providing administration and production support, gathering requirements documentation, change management, performing UAT testing and much more. The successful candidate will build productive relationships with Operations, Fraud Operations, Risk Strategy, Business, Program Management, Product Management, Analytics, Technology, and vendors.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Understand business needs and enhance platform user experience by optimizing views, layouts, system configurations, navigation, logic, functionality and enhancements.
- Project Management: Organize and facilitate discussions to assist in project planning, driving project momentum, implementation and ensuring deliverables are met with quality standards and on time.
- Subject Matter Expert: Be the go-to person for the platform while providing expert knowledge and support.
- Documentation and Visualization: Develop project plans, user guides, requirements documentation, and visualize design flows, including user interactions, data flows, and system responses.
- User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles to ensure appropriate access levels and security.
- Issue Management: Log, track, and resolve system issues, bugs, and customer-reported issues.User Support: Provide guidance and troubleshooting for users encountering issues or needing assistance with the system.
- Change Management: Review and prioritize system change requests and enhancements based on business needs and impact. Ensuring changes are documented and communicated to appropriate teams.
- Scoping and Estimation: Estimate effort, resources, and timelines for implementing new features and enhancements.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in UAT, provide guidance, troubleshooting, and verify requirements are met before deployment. Obtain appropriate approvals before deploying changes to production.
- Reporting and Visualization: Design and generate reports to track key metrics and configure dashboards for real-time insights.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
- Experience in end-to-end project management with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships across teams and levels.
