The role

We are looking for a Manager, Recruiting Coordinators! As the RC manager, you are responsible for driving the success of our end to end recruiting support, by coaching and mentoring our team of recruiting coordinators as well as looking for areas to scale, improve, and become more efficient.

What you’ll do:

  • Mentor and coach a team of coordinators with weekly 1:1 meetings
  • Recruit, train and onboard new team members within our Recruiting Coordinating team
  • Oversee team that manages all interviews scheduled, offers created, and the Recruiting Coordinating involvement in our background check and fingerprinting processes.
  • Designed and monitor services level agreements, metrics, goals, and performance for our Recruiting Coordinating team
  • Foster and drive strong relationships with our onboarding, IT, HR teams to provide the best candidate/onboarding process
  • Partner with recruiters and recruiting managers to ensure RC support is first class
  • Develop, launch and innovate our candidate experience, ensuring every candidate is provided with red carpet treatment
  • Responsible for performing root cause analysis if/when SLAs are not being met and provide creative process improvement recommendations needed for correction
  • Assess/survey quality of work delivered by team based on established performance measures and specific client feedback
  • Follow established metrics, goals and expected performance levels for all team members and identify areas of improvement, provide feedback
  • Drive recruiting operations processes and projects
  • Work to improve our recruiting workflow for scalability and efficiency
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System processes for all scheduling, offers and other coordinator involvement

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of work experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • 2+ years of direct management experience
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS. Greenhouse and Workday experience is a plus!
  • Mentorship mindset - the want to help team members as individuals and an entire team to succeed.
  • Detailed oriented
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Desire to create a phenomenal candidate experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to support changing business needs

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
