Team8 is looking for an Operation Specialist.

Responsibilities for operations

• Provide daily support to our Tel-Aviv office by anticipating and automating office needs
• Oversee all daily office functions ensuring a satisfying work environment
• Respond to day-to-day office issues and employee requests
• Create an office environment that promotes creativity and productivity
• Monitor office budget accounting and pay vendors
• Support front desk when needed
• Take part in events brainstorming and promoting office initiatives
• Take part in all events and make sure all aspects are handled
• Handling events logistics and vendors
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree- preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Outstanding operational skills
• Ability to coordinate with different vendors
• Natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• Incredibly detail-oriented
• Amazing time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
• Project management capabilities and result-oriented
• Previous experience with event/culinary productions.
