Briya is a data exchange platform, unlocking the value of clinical data gathered by healthcare providers. We are looking for a competent, motivated and ambitious Partnerships Director to join our global team. Briya is striving to create a global network of healthcare partners, contributing to take RWD research forward in order to improve lives. For this ambitious goal, we are looking for a Partnerships Director to lead the Partnerships with US-based healthcare organizations, making Briya’s network diverse and meaningful to research. You will be expected to collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing team, to identify opportunities, and you will drive the relationships with those partners.

The Partnerships Director reports to the VP, Sales & Partnerships.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the -partnerships funnel in your territory, expanding Briya’s Partners Network
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our data, product, and marketing teams to create a healthy funnel of relevant opportunities for you
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, be proficient in gathering insights from decision makers along the way
  • Present to C-level executives confidently, delivering our value proposition consistently and with great passion
  • Lead negotiations, address concerns, and close partnerships and data exchange agreements
  • Constantly continue to expand our knowledge of Briya’s potential in your market, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape

Requirements:

Executive Requirements And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of business development, sales or partnerships management with a leading healthcare related business or startup
  • Strong contacts in the hospital, health system industry and familiarity with the industry and field
  • Proven track record of success in dynamic startup environments and a consistent track record of exceeding aggressive goals and quotas, self-starter with high energy and positivity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues in all forms: written, conversational, negotiations, and presentations
  • Willingness to travel
