Requirements:

As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Preparation and execution of the fund's quarterly financial reports and preparing the audited financials and tax returns with the fund’s auditor
• Working independently with investment management software (CARTA) to update investment transactions
• Support in the preparation of quarterly meeting presentations
• Valuation process for our portfolio companies
• Data collection from portfolio companies and creation of reports based on that
• Fund compliance (Cayman and the US)
• AML and KYC processes for our investors
• Own the annual and periodical regulatory requirements with regulatory bodies in the US and Cayman
  
  

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• CPA with a strong connection to accounting work and the challenge it includes
• Big-4 internship with 1-2 years of post internship work. Venture capital experience – advantage.
