Panax is a well funded Series A Fintech startup based in Tel Aviv and New York. Our mission is to empower finance teams to efficiently and easily manage cash and liquidity. We are building a cash flow management platform that enhances the ability to manage cash and liquidity effectively.

This is a unique opportunity to join as an early member of the design team, shaping and enhancing both the product experience and brand. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering key product features. Engaging directly with our customers, you will gather critical insights that inform your design decisions. Collaborating closely with fellow designers, product managers, and the engineering team, your efforts will be integral to bringing your innovative designs to life. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our established B2B fintech platform.

What you will do:

• Lead the design of product features from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with customer needs.
• Proactively engage in customer conversations to gather insights, understand pain points, and needs, translating them into innovative design solutions.
• Work alongside another product designer within the existing team to develop a unified design system and ensure a consistent experience across all product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to define design requirements.
• Lead design exploration sessions and brainstorming workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for new product features and enhancements.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for complex software applications. Experience designing dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Strong design thinking skills with the ability to empathize with users, define problems, ideate solutions, prototype rapidly, and iterate based on feedback.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define product flows and drive projects forward in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Deep understanding of business needs and objectives, with the ability to align design decisions with strategic goals and deliver solutions that provide tangible value to B2B clients.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant product design projects, including examples of UI/UX designs, data visualizations, and problem-solving skills in the financial domain.
• Experience in the Fintech industry and/or deep curiosity and interest to learn about this space.
