Team8 is hiring an exceptional Business Operations Manager to its Fintech Foundry in Tel-Aviv. In this role, you will help the team with managing the foundry’s day-to-day work, and support the core activities, spanning from investor relations, and portfolio management to strategic planning and budget managing. As such, you will work closely with the Fintech leadership team and support them on the execution of strategic initiatives, and managing the foundry’s activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support day-to-day operations for Team8's Fintech foundry
  • Support fund governance and investor relations activities
  • Support portfolio companies performance tracking and management, leading to informed decision making and companies’ support
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to maximize performance: Partners, founders and Team8’s platform teams
  • Take an active role in ensuring success along every step of the company building and growth process, making sure KPIs are met
  • Track metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions
  • Build and execute new processes to ensure efficient workflow
  • Actively initiate new projects to meet long-term goals
  • Support team tasks and synthesize findings for a “state of the business” picture and for “go-forward plans”

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Business Operations/Finance Ops/Consulting roles, with an experience in analyzing financial performance of companies and project management
  • Someone who thrives on getting things done in an rapidly changing environment, can roll up sleeves to translate strategy into execution
  • Someone who is autodidactic, curious, hard-working, analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • Native English (spoken and written), feels comfortable writing documents and presentations in English, a good story teller
  • Comfortable jumping from one topic to another, able to go wide or deep depending on the task
  • Team player with a collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills and a very big attention to details
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with data-driven approach
  • BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law
  • Prior work experience in the Fintech domain is a plus
