As our lead Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product, overseeing system design, website, and communications design while working closely with the product and R&D teams. We are looking for someone who is creative, talented, and ambitious, with the ability to connect various factors and drive initiatives to completion. Strong management, planning, and creative thinking skills are essential, and being a team player is paramount.

What will you be doing?

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design and enhance the overall user experience.
• Translate product Requirements into intuitive user flows, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Foster a collaborative environment to align design efforts with product development and front-end implementation.
  
  

Design System Development:

• Develop and maintain a robust design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Continuously iterate on the design system to adapt to evolving product needs and user feedback.
  
  

Wireframing and Prototyping:

• Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  
  

User Research and Testing:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to ensure designs meet user needs and improve the overall user experience.
  
  

Design Language Creation:

• Develop a cohesive design language that reflects the brand’s identity and values.
• Ensure the design language is consistently applied across all user interfaces and interactions.
  
  

User Flow and Requirement Translation:

• Research and analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in product design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience designing interfaces for B2B applications or Security products
• Extensive experience with Figma, including creating advanced, interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and best practices.
• Passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
