We are searching for an Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our operation team. We’re a results-driven team that values problem-solving, taking initiative, personal integrity, and professionalism, while maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere. We believe you can get the job done and have fun doing it.

This is a great opportunity for someone with high-energy, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, comfortability with complexity and uncertainty, the ability to manage internal and external relationships, and work with senior executives, employees, and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will be:

Front Desk Management:

  • Cover the front desk during the office set business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
  • Greet employees and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Keep the front desk clean and organized.
  • Notify and manage deliveries and couriers.
  • Partner with the management to run an effective day-to-day business operation
  • Administration travels, as well as maintaining a positive attitude to handle last-minute changes.
  • Manage the room's usage and support meetings logistics when needed.

Building Operations and Management:

  • Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail and packages.
  • Supervise supplies orders and tracks the inventory and storage.
  • Manage the cleaning escalation and maintenance day-to-day
  • Supervise offices transfer and renovation processes

Events and Employee Experience:

  • Onboarding process execution for new hires.
  • Consistently celebrate the company's and employees' successes and milestones through gifts and notes.
  • Distribute all necessary info to promote the event including the creation and posting of weekly events posters and individual event posters.
  • Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, IT, HVAC, etc).
  • Identify and execute welfare initiatives for the platform and the companies.
  • Create welfare and partnerships strategic plans.
  • Manage the welfare benefits and communicate to employees.
  • Assist and support marketing events and delegations in the office

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role within startups / high-tech organizations
  • Fluent professional English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at juggling tasks and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A great team player, people person - service oriented
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Experience with office administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
