Panax is a well funded Series A Fintech startup based in Tel Aviv and New York. Our mission is to empower finance teams to efficiently and easily manage cash and liquidity. We are building a cash flow management platform that connects to various financial data sources and gives customers control, helps them better manage financial risks, and empowers them to optimize liquidity.
As a Product Manager at Panax, you will play a key role in shaping and launching a new product, driving it from concept to launch. This position requires a strong understanding of complex financial and operational flows, as well as the ability to deliver high-impact solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. You will work closely with our VP of Product (based in NYC) and our Tel Aviv-based teams, requiring excellent communication and leadership potential as we bring this new product to life.
What you will do:
As a Product Manager at Panax, you will play a key role in shaping and launching a new product, driving it from concept to launch. This position requires a strong understanding of complex financial and operational flows, as well as the ability to deliver high-impact solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end development of new features, managing complexity across multiple use cases and operational flows.
- Drive customer insights by engaging with end users and stakeholders to inform product requirements and prioritize customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational teams to define, prioritize, and execute a high-impact product roadmap.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives independently, identifying root causes and developing innovative solutions.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and project goals.
- Balance UX understanding with technical acumen to deliver products that excel in usability and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a track record in fintech, payments, or complex operational products; experience with financial systems like ERPs is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing product features from ideation through launch, especially within complex or data-intensive environments.
- Solid technical foundation with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for engineering collaboration.
- Strong customer-centric focus coupled with a deep understanding of business priorities to drive product features that support the company’s strategic vision.
- Data-driven and analytically minded, with experience in using metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
