Our AI-native product transforms messy, unstructured private market data into real-time insights, combining automated document retrieval, AI-powered data extraction, and on-demand portfolio analytics - all in one seamless platform. We are growing quickly to becoming a category-defining product, and are working with some of the world's leading capital allocators. Compensation Range: $125K - $150K

- You’re a team player – you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data processes and contribute to company-wide success.
- You play at all levels – you excel at both high-level strategic problems, and day-to-day operational work.
- You understand financial markets – familiarity with institutional investors and private investment markets is a strong plus.
- You’re proficient in English - given the international nature of our clientele, strong proficiency in English is a key asset.
- Cultivate meaningful client partnerships – You’ll take the lead on managing key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to senior investment and operations leaders throughout their onboarding and ongoing engagement with Tetrix.
- Scale our client support – you will help us build our customer success infrastructure to appropriately scale while still delivering quality service to our clients.
- Support operations workflows – contribute to the delivery of high-quality data to all our customers.
- Collaborate across teams – you will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance operations workflows and resolve client needs efficiently.
- Client acquisition - you’ll play an active in role in showcasing the Tetrix platform to prospective clients by leading platform walkthroughs, and running pilot programs.
