The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound strategies to generate awareness and establish long-term relationships.

About The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner with full-cycle sales directors at Tromzo to drive net new business. BDR’s are enabled and coached to master multithreaded prospecting strategies that combine direct engagement, social selling, and nurture campaigns aimed at booking qualified meetings with high level decision makers.

This role is hybrid and will require in-office attendance twice a week in our Boston, MA office. This will require you to be within commuting distance of the office that you will be working out of.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain SaaS sales experience working with Tromzo’s experienced sales team.
  • Learn corporate selling strategies by running meetings with VP and C-level executives.
  • Gain an understanding of the cybersecurity technology landscape
  • Use leading sales research and engagement tools to manage your book of business (SFDC, Apollo, Linkedin SalesNav, Outreach etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams

    Tromzo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $50K - $60k per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
