About The RoleThe Uber Advertising team is looking for strategic Team Leads to be founding members of our newly formed Uber Ads division. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top Beauty and Personal Care brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with cross functional partners to drive investment and adoption of products as well as form, develop a category team. You will report to the Global Head of CPG.What You'll Do
- Partner cross functionally and with the Global Head of CPG team to develop and implement ads partnership strategies that deliver client goals and exceed quarterly growth goals
- Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
- Expand ads product adoption. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises.
- Be the voice of the customer to help advise future Ads product roadmaps.
- 6+ years of full time experience
- Experience in digital advertising and previous sales management experience
- Prior beauty and personal care industry experience as well as deep digital advertising experience - Publisher and or Platform side preferred.
- Ability to motivate, run and lead teams in a start up environment
- Strong ability to drive strategy and action plan through client penetration and thought leadership
- Leverage high level experience and relationships to grow adoption and build out sub vertical
- Build and empower team of Client Partners and Partner Managers
