About The RoleThe Global Strategy & Operations team supports the Performance Marketing Leadership team to define our global strategy and deliver key leadership priorities. The team plays a meaningful role in working across all performance marketing functions (Paid, CRM, SEO) to provide strategic planning, reporting processes, and business insights as well as assisting with internal operations to improve alignment and execution.We are looking for an expert and data-driven Senior Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data as well as providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize business growth. You will own the development and maintenance of performance marketing reports and dashboards, perform sophisticated analyses to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams that inform marketing strategies and investments. What You'll Do
  • Work with Business Intelligence to develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track performance metrics across all performance marketing channels (e.g. SEM, paid social, display, etc.) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with channel owners to ensure accurate tracking and attribution of conversions
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform reporting and analysis methodologies
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, etc.)
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing reporting or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and web analytics tools is required

  • Self-starter, have the ability to work independently and willing to tackle challenges
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate key information and status to stakeholders
  • Excellent project and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
