About The RoleWithin the Marketing Data Science Organization, we are looking for an experienced Sr data generalist to take on a high visibility role that can help scale the foundation for web analytics and reporting.What you will do

• Partner with data engineers to understand how to best model our data to allow for fast and scalable insights that will empower teams across the organization
• Learn the ins and outs of the workflows of our teams and build systems that create efficiencies
• Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into all lines of businesses (LOBs) that touch our web platforms
• Become the resident expert on all foundational web data
• Monitor and understand business trends, proactively flag them and work with stakeholders to strategize on solutioning

What You Will Need

• Expertise in Tableau and/or similar B.I platforms
• Expertise in languages and tools like SQL, R, and/or Python
• Knowledge of experimental design and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience working in all or some of: Web, SEO, Experimentation, Attribution
• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex business activities, technical requirements, and recommendations.
• Work experience in applying advanced analytics, applied science, or causal inference to marketing problems.
• Self motivated with task organizational skills. Ability to achieve consensus amongst technical and business teams
